The style and movement links to the genre as it reflects the enigma code. The dark colours signify the mysteriousness of the film and the white font contrasts with the dark background. The text layer over each other which again gives us a eerie and mysterious feel. The editing on the titles makes them jitter in order to show the irregularity, which links to the enigma code.

The titles show the audience what the genre is by using crime scene features to signify the thriller genre. Once the audience realise the mysterious element of it they know it is the enigma code, which tells them clues need to be solved.
